VOID / A finish you can understand.

A finish you can understand.

Auto processing with the generated demonstration signal
Actual VOID WordPress interface. Demonstration uses locally generated audio; project records shown are test settings.

From a finished mix to a considered master. Work through the whole process here, then follow the detailed guides wherever you want more control.

01 / Start with the right source.

Export a finished WAV mix and keep the original. Open Studio, select or drop one file, and wait for the source waveform and measurements. Listen before you process. Check channel count, sample rate and duration. No audio plays automatically and nothing needs to be uploaded.

Prepare your mix. Import your WAV.

Read the meters without chasing them.

02 / Make a deliberate change.

Try Natural, Warm or Punchy Auto as a starting point, then switch to Advanced when you want to inspect the chain. Work in small steps through level, tone, dynamics, width and peak control. Reorder or bypass modules to understand their contribution. Save a checkpoint before larger experiments.

Make your first master with Auto.

Shape tone with trim and EQ.

Control dynamics. Keep the movement.

Find the right stereo width.

Shape peaks with clip and limit.

03 / Give your ears a fair comparison.

Distinguish original playback from the live chain and the checked render. Use loudness-matched audition to reduce level bias. Render when you are ready to evaluate the complete output. Inspect measurements and listen to transitions, transients, beginnings and endings. Any further chain edit needs a fresh render.

Compare the sound, not just the volume.

Render it. Check it. Then commit.

04 / Make the handoff. Keep the decisions.

Choose WAV for a precise editing or delivery format, or supported MP3 for convenient sharing. Verify the downloaded file. A member account can preserve project settings, versions and presets, but it is not an audio backup: keep your original and exported audio somewhere you control.

Choose the right file for the next step.

Keep your decisions. Bring your own audio.

Get back to the music.

Know the current limits.

WAV only on import. VOID supports compatible WAV files subject to available browser memory. Large or high-resolution files require more memory and may be safely refused on lower-memory devices. Manual processing supports 1–8 channels; Auto and AI require mono/stereo. MP3 export supports mono/stereo at 32, 44.1 and 48 kHz. Browser memory and playback capabilities vary. Optional AI is currently administrator-only and uses consented measurements and context, not audio uploads.

Your next master starts with a listen.
